Subjects in the School of Basis Programme
SUBJECTS IN THE BASIC STUDIES PROGRAMME
Students undergo a one-year programme in the following subjects
i) FSB 001 ——————– Biology
ii) CHM 001 —————— Chemistry
iii) PHY 030 ——————Physics
iv) MTH 010 —————–Mathematics
v) HUM 050 ——————- English Language with Literature
Core Subjects
Core Subjects in order to guide the applicants in their choice of departments and enhance their chances of being admitted, we have summarized the subjects required by each department. (View table) The candidates are expected to obtain credits in the O’Level examination in these subjects in no more than two sittings. These requirements are the barest minimum and candidates that possess a higher number of credit passes have a better chance of being admitted.
